Payments & invoicing
How quotes, invoices, references, due dates, proof of payment and credit terms work.
1. Quotes
Team quotes for self-paced seats: your quote opens on screen and is emailed instantly (PDF), valid for 30 days. Accept the quote online and your invoice is issued at once.
In-house and face-to-face groups: your quote request is confirmed instantly; your priced quote follows by email. See Group & in-house booking terms.
2. Invoices and references
Request your invoice on the course page: your invoice opens on screen and is emailed instantly. Each invoice has a unique number; always use it as your payment reference so we can match your payment.
Invoices are due within 14 days of issue. For individuals, access opens when payment is confirmed.
3. How you can pay
- EFT (internet banking) or cash deposit to our FNB Botswana account. The bank details appear on your invoice and on your order page; we do not publish the account number on this page.
- Employer invoice for organisations, including approved credit terms.
- Card and mobile money: coming soon.
After paying, upload your proof of payment (PDF, JPG or PNG, up to 5 MB) on your order page. We verify it, usually within 1 working day, and your access arrives by email as a one-time sign-in link.
4. Organisations and credit terms
Invoices can show your organisation name, VAT/TIN and purchase order number. Credit terms (for example 30 days) are available to organisations on request and need our approval; access can open on approval. Unpaid invoices past the agreed date may lead to access being paused.
5. HRDC levy
Our programmes are HRDC-approved. For organisation bookings we provide an HRDC levy claim pack (invoice, proof of payment, attendance or learner register, outline and outcomes, certificates). Employers may claim eligible training costs from the HRDC training levy, subject to HRDC rules.
6. Currency and taxes
Prices are in Botswana pula (BWP). Any applicable taxes are shown on your invoice.
7. Security
We never ask for card details by email or WhatsApp. Our bank details are only those printed on your invoice; if they ever appear to change, call us before paying.
