Group & in-house booking terms
Face-to-face and in-house training for groups of 5 or more: quotes, substitutions, venues and attendance.
1. Who it is for
Face-to-face sessions and in-house training are for companies and groups of 5 or more participants. For fewer than 5, choose self-paced online at the price shown on the course page (P2,500 per person for most courses; self-paced courses from P1,500).
2. Quote first
Every group booking starts with a quote: group prices are quoted for your dates, town, venue and numbers. Your quote request is confirmed instantly; your priced quote follows by email. Quotes are valid for 30 days. In-house dates are confirmed once the quote is accepted and the deposit or approved credit terms are in place.
3. Substitutions and numbers
You may substitute participants at any time before the start at no charge. Extra participants can be added at the quoted per-person rate, subject to space. Reducing numbers below the quoted group follows the cancellation windows in Refunds & cancellations.
4. Venue, travel and equipment
For in-house training you provide a suitable room, projector or screen, and internet access where possible. Travel, accommodation and venue costs are shown on the quote.
5. Attendance and completion
We keep an attendance register. Every participant also gets the online course for the deliverables, so completion and the certificate follow the same rules as self-paced learners.
6. Changes by us
If a trainer is unavailable we provide a qualified replacement or, if you prefer, a new date. If we cancel, you choose a new date or a full refund.
7. HRDC levy claim pack
Our programmes are HRDC-approved. For organisation bookings we provide an HRDC levy claim pack. Employers may claim eligible training costs from the HRDC training levy, subject to HRDC rules.
